  • The winter group training has been cancelled, HOWEVER, please see the MCRR Facebook page for training runs and group runs that are held all the time. We’d love to train with you this winter!

Better Bodies of Medina, a Medina Half Marathon Sponsor is hosting a series of Group Training for the Medina Half!

BBOM RUNNING CLINIC:
Train for the 2014 MEDINA HALF MARATHON
on 5/31/2014

Training will start the first week of February and go until the  last week of May.  It will be a 16 week training program, with two scheduled group runs and two solo runs.

FIRST TIME TO EXPERIENCED RUNNERS ARE WELCOME!!

**WE WILL BE MEETING AT ROSCOE EWING PARK**

SNOW, RAIN or SHINE on Wednesday evening’s for a short group run and Sunday morning’s for a long group run. (location for our Sunday longer runs will change as our mileage picks up)  Exact times will be determined at our first meeting.

Roscoe Park is located off of Guilford. Please meet under the pavilion- wear running shoes and bring water.

   **There will be a informational meeting on Wednesday,  January 22, 7:15pm AT BBOM.   We will discuss a training plan, locations for longer runs, sign waivers/pay, etc.** 

The cost is $60 and will include:

    • BBOM Running Shirt
    • BBOM Water Bottle
    • Training Schedule
    • GOOD TIMES
